Battleship is a multiplayer game made for mIRC, and was published in 1997 by a user STARRed. We tested the game and surprisingly, it still works on mIRC 6.21 - We used 2 players (two mirc.exe) and we connected via CTCP to play. First, you must read the game instructions, you have to invite your friend to play the game. He will receive a confirmation message in order to join your lobby. After that, you must configure the ships positions to battle. In this scenario, i used random spots (generated), same for the 2nd player. After that, its easy to play. One thing that i really dont like is that, if you wait to much time, and dont target to shoot, the game diconnects. As a final conclusion about this game: there are people that can improve this game a lot, using the same code and it nice that you can play with someone else on mirc.
