ProjectX Core is a fully-featured mirc script that acts as a layer between mIRC and the modules (add-ons) to make sure they all work together without interfering with eachother`s functions, and tries to create uniformity in all the Core-compatible mIRC scripts that you have loaded. This would mean that a Core-compatible spellchecker and theme module would be able to work together without any complications.
